About the Workshop

This workshop proposes a comprehensive interdisciplinary forum that connects Artificial Intelligence research, real-world AI systems, governance, organizational adoption, and sustainable value creation. It is designed for researchers and practitioners interested in how AI systems move from controlled experiments and promising prototypes into operational, institutional, industrial, governmental, educational, and organizational environments.

Artificial Intelligence is increasingly being embedded into products, services, decision processes, operations, public systems, and enterprise workflows. However, the successful implementation of AI requires more than model accuracy or technical feasibility. Real-world AI systems must be framed, evaluated, monitored, explained, governed, adopted, and improved over time. They must interact with data quality constraints, legacy systems, human decision-makers, institutional rules, risk management practices, business priorities, organizational cultures, and public expectations.

The workshop integrates two complementary perspectives. The first emphasizes real-world AI systems, deployment, technical evaluation, system integration, governance, accountability, and responsible AI. The second emphasizes AI adoption, governance operating models, organizational readiness, Centers of Excellence, change management, capability development, AI maturity, and value realization. Together, they provide a more complete view of the AI lifecycle from research to real-world impact.

The workshop will invite original research papers, applied case studies, position papers, conceptual frameworks, methodologies, industrial experience reports, and invited contributions from experts working at the intersection of AI research, implementation, governance, and organizational transformation.
